Close to Ubud, very quiet place to stay with a very nice view on rice fields and sunrise on Agung mountain. The hotel is brand new, only 6 months, so not very much known around yet. Very few rooms were occupied. Great to enjoy this quiet place. However, the drawback is that there is no animations at all in the evening. We stayed in a regular room, a bit tiny but very well equipped, including a balcony to admire the rice fields. 2 tiny pools but actually doing the job, considering the few guests we were in the hotel. A shuttle is available to bring you to Ubud city centre at the SenS hotel, a second hotel from the same chain. 20% discount on beverages and meals when you reach 3 stays. Traditional main meals are very well cooked, including pasta and pizza. The Chef is from America, but he probably spent some time in France or Italy. However the list of main meals is quite short. Staff is very very kind, sometimes a bit new in their role, but really doing their up most best. If you're looking for a very active, noisy place, with a lot of attractions and people, it might not fulfil your expectations. Highly recommended if you're looking for a calm and quiet place.

I loved everything about this hotel. The staff is so friendly and very helpful. It’s so pretty and the pool area is awesome. The Breakfast was soo delicious, will come back for sure

We (Me, my wife, my sister and her husband) choose this accomodation after long search on where to stay for our year end trip (total 6 days 5 nights). My sister and her husband arrived a day before me and gave me review and what to expect. The management gave a heads up that this hotel is still in soft opening period, only 10 out of 30ish villa are ready, and we are one of the longest staying guest to date. Staffs were incredibly friendly, we have a dedicated "butler" called Wayan, he took care of us brilliantly and make sure our request are fulfilled. Pool getting cleaner by day, when my sister arrived, she needed to ask the management to clean the pool, since there were layers of dust from debris of Villas development. On our 4th day, we could see bottom of the pool. Need more lighting in pool area for evening/night swim. I would suggest 2 downlights above sun deck. IMPORTANT : pool is 140cm deep and not suitable for family with small children. Mosquitos and flies were plenty since the area still under development and surrounded by woods and greens. There were some facilities which will need improvement here and there, as the premise was still under development
