Room with a pool outside is a must-have experience. Although there will be a lot of flies and moths that want to enter your room. Very calm environment, but also very family oriented. There are still quiet spots if you want to avoid noise. A relaxing resort , but not the place if you want regular evening activities. I came to relax so I am satisfied.

Our stay at Sumitra was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The service was exceptional every staff member was warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. The room itself was very spacious, stunning, and modern, with a layout that was thoughtfully designed. The breathtaking view made every sunrise and sunset unforgettable.
The lazy river was such a unique and relaxing experience a true highlight of our trip. We also loved Flow Restaurant, which served some of the best dishes we’ve ever had in Bali, beautifully presented and full of flavor.
The Kids Club was another big plus our children absolutely loved it! It gave my wife and myself the perfect opportunity to unwind and enjoy some peaceful time together. the SU Spa, was incredibly rejuvenating.
Everything at this resort exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for anyone looking for the best resort experience in Bali!

The room was spotless, staff were so happy and helpful. The only thing was the road works were a pain to get in and out of the resort! I felt the free shuttle bus should have taken us further in town as it was a 20min walk it the humid heat. Or this should have been communicated before arrival.
