"Room was up to date and very clean. The staff were very kind and attentive. The villa property is well maintained. The beds were comfortable. The stairs leading down to the villas from the main road make unloading luggage a bit difficult so keep that in mind if you have physical limitations. "

"We stayed in the 2 bedroom Praia Maia for 3 nights. We had an amazing time in the villa which had everything we needed. Having breakfast on the large terrace overlooking the sea, hanging in the hammock reading a book, cooling down in our own infinity pool or taking a stroll down to the beach and going in for a snorkel. Couldn't have asked for anything more!"

"Not clean and so structurally unkept I’m pretty sure I had every bug in Amed in my room. No hot water, toilet didn’t flush, and I had to ask for the room to be cleaned, which they interpreted as just make the bed. Staff was very rude. Decent breakfast and nice looking property, but if you want to be comfortable I’d go elsewhere. "

"Out of nowhere. Impossible to get a driver to take us out for dinner. Food was really bad. We were only one of two rooms booked, so that might be why they didn’t really into serving us well. Hotel was no help for a driver as well which was a bit frustrating. Nice pool though. Rooms were decent. "

"Villa très propre, espace extérieur privatif très agréable. Les espaces communs pour le petit-déjeuner sont conviviaux et avec vue sur mer. Petit-déjeuner très correct ( sur menu ). Piscine propre et chaude. Le personnel est globalement très serviable, anglais approximatif mais facile de se comprendre. "La chambre était vraiment incroyable, nous sommes venus pour notre lune de miel et la décoration de la chambre été vraiment parfaite. "The property is absolutely beautiful, all lawns trees flowers so well kept, gorgeous and peaceful. Kadek the host provided exceptional service with meals and many other key services such as arranging our snorkeling trip, which was led by a super guide who knew the area well, the star fish and turtle really were beautiful. The room so clean and luxurious, breakfasts delicious, pool wonderful and right on beach where we also snorkeled just 10 meters out. Thank you so much Kadek and all staff."

"This hotel is wonderful. My wife and I stayed there for four nights in June 2026. We can not find anything in their service that needs to be improved. The staff are nice. The food is so so enjoyable. The facilities are well maintained. Pool, gym, spa, hiking, yoga, biking, archery, etc, everything is perfect. The laundry service is great. All the clothes are well cleaned and ironed, and neatly packed and dropped off to my room. A very big comfortable room with free excellent breakfast was charged with a reasonable price. I would recommend this hotel to my friends"
