This property has 24 elephants that are well taken care of; each elephant is handled with care, feed well, washed daily, and treated with dignity. From every room, you can see the elephants. "The staff was amazing! The hotel is a bit run down . I stayed in a bungalow, it was small and dark. The floor was very dirty, walking barefoot on the floor was gross. The food was pretty good. The pool bar was nice . The pools are a bit dated and run down. "

Staff noticed my mosquito bites on check in so included repellant with my turn down service the next day. 3. Never had I had my feet washed as a welcome. 4.
