"Hotel staff were kind and allowed us to store our luggage at the hotel before our reservation. We got a room on the top floor which was a nice bonus. However, cleaning staff made our bed every day but never changed the sheets… also the walls here are paper thin."

"Don’t know how some of the hotels get 8 or 9 rating. Low bed, no air conditioning, dusty, fan didn’t work, faucet broke, no ice or drinks available, loud frogs. Secure entry, nice Chateau and friendly staff made up for some of it. My wife wasn’t impressed."

"This hotel is okay for one night, it’s in a rough area. My daughter and I did not feel safe walking back after dinner. Room is very cramped for two adults. It does not have a sanitary feel when we first walk into the room. We will not return."
