"The girls that work at the front desk are so kind and so helpful. They go out of their way to make your state pleasant in any way possible. Had a situation arise from an Expedia booking, and the young lady took care of the problem, even though it was booked through Expedia."

"Staff were very attentive. A couple youth were injured from the slide in the pool. As soon as staff were notified they went to investigate the issue. Breakfast was wonderful. My Daughter loves the Waffles. Room was clean and comfortable This was a Staycation for myself and Daughter as we live in the city."

"The Sleep Inn is a real gem! Sal, the manager was attentive, friendly and welcoming. Our room was very clean, quiet and peaceful. The motel is set back from the road and backs onto a forested area, so instead of traffic noise, we could open the window, hear the birds and see the trees. Really nice! The location It is also very close to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. We will definitely stay at this lovely family run motel again."

"Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. I give an okay review on staff because I felt interegated by reception. The reception was not friendly and repeatedly asked me if there were others joining us. I had reserved for myself and my granddaughter during a children’s festival. What is odd about that? The rest of the staff were accommodating"

"The property was great but booking though Expedia was terrible. It started out at $109 and by the time I was checking out it was $170. Even the hotel said I could get a lower rate. I will never use Expedia again. I’m removing the app and telling all my friends"

"It’s a large hotel, I liked many things. I liked that the lobby is large and spaced out with seating scattered throughout. The customer service desk staff were great too, super friendly and eager to help. The room we got was 2 queen beds, was also large, it was like it had its own entrance lobby just for your coats and shoes. "I take responsibility for not looking closer when I booked the room, but I was disappointed that the "whirlpool" tub was not jetted. I was really looking forward to a jetted tub, and not a big ol' bathtub. That is the reason for my rating. It was a lovely large suite, but nothing really special. Had I realized it suite was just going to be meh, I would have just opted for a cheaper room. All in all, it did the trick for our one night stay. "Always great hotel to stay at"

"Toilet did not work properly. Maintenance worker came up and fixed temporarily, but that only worked for 10 minutes. Called again and they gave me a plunger that didn't work. They gave me a 10% discount for my inconvenience for my two days of having to plunge the toilet every time it was flushed and I had to ask for the discount!"
