"The olace was duty and we found bugs."

"Rooms are not very clean. Build up of dirt and grime under the sink where the kitchen garbage can is and inside all the cupboards. What appeared to be dried boogers were on the curtains and walls in various spots in the room. Paper straw spit wads visible on the ceiling. Refrigerator did not work. Discovered that the GFCI outlet had tripped in the kitchen area on night 2 of our stay and then the fridge finally worked."

"The shower water pressure was very weak, so it took me almost an hour to shower. The body wash dispenser was empty, and the coffee was not refilled after housekeeping. The bed was also uncomfortable. The bedding was not cotton and felt rough and scratchy, making it difficult for me to sleep."

"We just loved this cute hotel. It is built in an old school and the vibe it gives off is spacious and fun. The details of the decorations all tie in with an old school feel. The restaurant/bar had great food and drinks. It is located in a great spot to walk to other things in down town. The area was nice and safe. The employees at the front desk were friendly and knowledgable. We will definitely stay here again."

"They have paid parking but it is in a parking garage and I loved that. You can go in and out when you wanted. There breakfast was always good and they have a happy hour where you get a free drink."

"This hotel is so cool. Such a different experience than you get with other places. We stayed in the love loft and it was wonderful. The parking was easy (and free!) and the surrounding neighborhood felt safe. My only complaints are that it was a little warm inside, the ice machine in the lounge never had ice, and the bathroom door was kind of hard to maneuver. Other than that, it was an absolutely perfect stay. I will definitely stay here in the future."

"The hotel features great decor and architecture but this was undermined by a poor experience. The hotel does not have a proper events venue so it uses the restaurant to host weddings and other private events that deny access to the guests of the hotel. Hotel guests should be a priority for this type of hotel and unfortunately that is not the case. "This hotel was clean and rooms were quiet. We got the a room with a pullout bed and two queens which was really nice considering our kids sleep crazy."

"Reservation was double booked. So I didn't get the larger room I reserved. Breakfast was bland. Room was nice but small for 4 people. AC was blasting had to fix on our own. Room locked itself and locked us out. Maintenance was fast and took care of the issue. Water pressure and temp was horrible. Last straw left a day earlier."
