The place itself is incredibly conveniently located and has all the small touches to be comfortable during the stay. much more appreciated though was all the hosts did to ensure we felt so comfortable and taken care of from homemade treats to easy communication. "Pros: Of all the hard beds I had in Korea, this was the least hard. Or maybe I was really sleepy. Your own bathroom!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Close to metro, lots of shops, food etc. Near university so many are young and beautiful. Clean area and room. Kitchen and dining area are convenient. Feels very safe. Keyless lock (need code) Cons: Keyless lock (out of luck if your phone is out of power), several people had to try multiple times. I could hear them trying the front door from 2 floors up. I don’t know...

"All the staff went above and beyond, they were kind and very helpful. Lynn Yeo helped us with our check-in, and it was smooth sailing. Truly satisfied with their services. The location is also in the middle of Hongdae, close to restaurants, a convenience store, and shops. "

"The hotel rules very strict, we can not sit on the sofa when we want to have discussion with my customer. The staff do not allow us to wear hotel sandals to the breakfast room,but this rule was not consistent, i can see some other people can wear the sandals. Quite annoying. Anothet negative is that, the rooms are not cleaned properly, i can see that the strings and hairs on the carpet was there for a few days in my room, which shows that the carpet was not cleaned at all. "Ich hatte einen tollen Aufenthalt. Direkt vor der Tür eine U Bahnstation besser geht es nicht. Das Zimmer war sauber und alles was man benötigt war vorhanden. Das Personal war super lieb. Wäre gern länger geblieben aber es ging weiter nach Busan. Ich kann jedem dieses Hotel empfehlen."
