Hotel murah di Severn

"This hotel is located in a crappy neighborhood. There were homeless and very sketchy men hanging on and around the property panhandling. When my daughters got to their room there was a cockroach on the floor. There were stains on the towels and pillow cases. There are signs of wear if you look closely, scratches on doors, hallway display cases with broken glass. I will never ever stay in this hotel again!! AND they charged us for parking."

"Ther service was terrible, starting with calling the hotel to request a shuttle. First, they told us that because I made the reservation through Expedia, they couldn't provide service. Then I called Expedia customer service, and they called the hotel because that was included in the reservation. After arriving at the hotel, the service was poor; the staff member who attended to us was on her phone all the time. I will never return to that hotel; the service was TERRIBLE."

"We booked the hotel for a wedding weekend, the staff wouldn't accommodate us checking in a little yearly. The lobby couches were beyond filthy, stained and smelling. The rugs were even worse filthy. I was praying the room rug was clean and it was absolutely disgusting, poop stains and urine stains I wore flip flops I didn't dare put my bare feet in that dirty nasty rug!
