"Clean room "

"The room was very clean. The bed was comfy and came with 4 pillows which is essential. The desk was nice to get some work done. I love how the bathroom had lotion! So many places do not. The gym was very clean and had all the essentials for an excellent workout. The breakfast was so delicious! I had biscuits/gravy, eggs, sausage and yougurt parfait with granola/fruit. I would highly recommend this hotel! They had a pool however i never got around to use it. "

"Wish we knew the pool was closed. It was empty and when I asked as we were checking in they said it was drained and going to be under construction to make it heated. If I would have known that we would have booked somewhere else with a pool or a cheaper option without a pool. Staff were nice and rooms were nice."

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice offerings for breakfast. The night time hallway was very loud. Convenient ice machine, washer/dryer and snack machine. The room although clean and comfy...needs some upgrade, improvements"

"It was truly an excellent place to relax comfortably. While everything else was satisfying, the operation of the heater and air conditioner left a little to be desired. It is a hotel I would love to visit again and again."

"Room was clean, toilet was little kid size in room. Understaffed, breakfast was good but only saw one employee working and he couldn't keep up with demand. No towels in pool area, asked for more towels, due to staffing none were ever brought out. Decent place, great price just understaffed."

"Excellent stay. We book the two queen beds room, had a nice view of the mountains. The room has everything you need for a cozy, country stay. The host was very thoughtful and provided us easy self-checking services. The room was quiet, the beds were comfortable. There's also a full set of kitchenware and simple cookware available in room. The location is perfect for a short drive to the local hot spring. We had an amazing time there. "
