Our stay at Sevilla Palace apartment

The apartment is very well located and the furnishing and decoration very nice. The apartment needs to be fumigated more frecuéntate since we found 3 cockroaches. The connection of the microwave oven was in bad condition and need to be fixed. The apartment was very good and the price was reasonable. Thanks for contributing to a very nice stay in Sevilla!

Falta de menaje de cocina, 0 vasos, platos deteriorados, 1 bolsa de basura minuscula. El termo eléctrico solo da para ducharse 1 persona. Las ventanas necesitan una renovación. La limpieza muy deficiente. Lo bueno la situacion, la amplitud del apartamento, la comodidad de la cama y el diseño.

Al llegar a la recepción, corroboré que estuviéramos de acuerdo en los servicios y en lo que necesitaba, pues hice varias reservaciones a través de Expedia. Uña recepcionista me negó que tuviera Consigna de equipaje “ cuando es lo común en cualquier hotel en Europa, incluyendo Hostales, este es un Apartamento. Se les preguntó con anterioridad aquí mismo en Sevilla y personalmente acerca de este servicio para que no hubiera duda, y ratificaron lo dicho: si hay Consigna de equipaje. Sin embargo al llegar y habiendo rentado por aproximadamente 18 días, me lo negaba y me mandaba a otro lugar y pagarlo además. Lo hizo sin pena alguna y de mala manera. Después discutirlo, terminó aceptándolo, mientras tanto fue desagradable la llegada. Las atenciones de las señoritas de la recepción han sido muy buenas posteriormente. El segundo check in ha sido correcto solo que no me tocó el mismo apartamento, es más chico y será bien, salvo que hay detalles de falta de mantenimiento. El check in fue a las 14:00 horas teniendo que esperar, E ledua informa que es a las 12:00.

Do not stay here

Firstly we were overcharged and paid 6 months before we should, then we were double and treble charged. Impossible to contact hotel and they do not speak english. Apartment ok,, no covers on bed on arrival, no blackout curtains, no free bottle of water, definitely not soundproof. Aircondition unit had never been cleaned or serviced, we cleaned it. We stayed 8 days no cleaning or clean towels, emptying of rubbish or new supplies of toilet paper. Discovered there is supposed to be a green sign to hang on door if you want rooms serviced, however these were not to be found, conveniently removed from all three apartments we rented for a family wedding. This place ruined the first few days of our stay. If you want a relaxing pleasant holiday in Sevilla do not choose this place. On the positive side there was one receptionist at the hotel who really tried to help us, it is the management that are to blame for this place. Lastly Hotels.com were of no help.

Plus: - vanaf hier kan je goed alles lopend bezichtigen - dichtbij 2 supermarkten - ruime accomodatie - goede warme douche Min: - veel lawaai 's nachts op straat, neem oordoppen mee! - slechte communicatie, we hadden gevraagd om extra wc-papier, dit was toegezegd maar hebben we niet gekregen. Uiteindelijk maar zelf extra gekocht - smal bed voor zo'n grote bovenruimte

There was nothing unique, I would not stay there again. One small AC unit in living are, not enough to cool down entire unit, they should have one in the bed room. Also the area ha NO real Parking, it's too congested with narrow streets And most of them your can't take a left or Right And therefore trying to go to closest Parking area, you just go further away from the area you want to be at.

Nada mas llegar los cables del aire acondicionado con cinta aislante caídos por el split, al meternos en la ducha el agua se quedaba estancada, nos toco desplazarnos al hotel para que nos lo solucionaran, van al dia siguiente a arreglarlo y nos dejan el grifo roto , sin la tarjeta de la luz . Otra vez nos toco ir al hotel a que nos dieran otra tarjeta para la luz. No tienen el mas minimo detalle con el cliente. Yo he pagado por un apartamento en condiciones, no tengo el por que desplazarme al hotel para que me dejen en condiciones algo que ya tendria que estarlo.

Local ótimo ! apartamento uma graça cômodo, apenas tinha cheiro de esgoto no banheiro! O Chuveiro tinha um tempo de água quente, depois ficava fria!
