We stayed here for 4 nights, and while the location is truly excellent — just minutes from the Cathedral and very walkable — the accommodation itself was disappointing. Pros: Fantastic location in the heart of Seville Starting day 2- the manager was responsive and helpful via WhatsApp (there is no lobby or in-person service) Cons: The apartment felt dingy and much darker than the photos suggest, especially in the kitchen area at night Tired, worn-out furniture that made the space feel even less inviting The “terrace” is not really a terrace — more like a small enclosed space that doesn’t offer any view or usable outdoor area Very thin walls — we could hear neighbors and street noise, and had to use a white noise app to sleep The shower stall is tiny, and the towels were rough and smelled strongly of detergent On arrival, the entire apartment was filled with a strong chemical air freshener, it gave us a headache. The heating wasn’t on when we arrived, and we struggled to adjust it since no one responded to our WhatsApp messages that first day Overall, in a beautiful city like Seville, it felt like a pity to stay somewhere that didn’t offer comfort or rest. After speaking with other travelers, it’s clear there are better options at the same price point.

We absolutely loved our stay at this property! The apartment itself was clean, well equipped, offering everything we needed; with the exception of warmer bedding (there was only a twin size comforter for the queen size bed and the room with two twins had only one comforter). The location is fantastic, putting us right near everything we wanted to see and do and close to public transportation. We had a great experience and would come back again.

Fantastic apartment - all that you could want. The location can't be any better - walking distance from everything. Convenient location for tourist and journey to/from airport and train station. All major tourist sites within 20mins walk. Property maintained and cleaned to good conditions. There are minor wear and tear which I’d wish was properly resolved before handing the property to me but overall not major. Communication and the rigidness of management are something I felt not balanced between hospitable and property operation effectiveness. Upon booking, we clearly agreed, black and white in writing, that I can place my suitcases at your reception when arriving early due to flight time and maintain normal check in time. Imagine this, after a long haul flight to a place I never been, only to find out there is no reception open (despite the photo at all major booking platforms frontages with your reception photo). I had to WhatsApp and only been told “no” to what have agreed and the only way possible is to pay extra. Communication with you on WhatsApp are only during working hour. Out of hour enquiry will only get responded the following day. Any additional request ended up possible with extra charge. Hence this is a good clean tidy property in great location. If you are able to go with all their rules and how the property is operated then good. If you need any sort of flexibility (dare not to mention above and beyond) and reluctant to pay more, then you will feel the same as my experience.

Spacious one bedroom unit, complete with fully equipped kitchen and washing machine, had a large private terrace. The manager was wonderful, very responsive to our small problems. It was a pleasure to spend time here, I highly recommend to everybody.

The apartment was great and centrally located to many attractions. The off site parking was a let down and pretty expensive. The only thing we needed in the apartment was an ironing board but we managed. I would definitely stay again.
