"We absolutely loved our stay here! We were a bit nervous with the mixed reviews however we were pleasantly surprised that everything exceeded our expectations. Room is well decorated, very clean, and spacious. Location couldn’t be more central, very close to the infamous Santa Cruz neighborhood. Access to the free laundry machine on the ground floor was super nice as well! "Considering I paid after taxes etc 250Euro, the first room was wrong, they apologized, corrected. Would have been nice to have been offerred breakfast on them. The room was small, and little things were not maintained, making this hotel feel less than special. The next day my sister tripped on the carpeting that wasn't level, the metal where the carpet and the tile met was slightly elevated. We are not people to sue, but some compensation should have been offered."
