"The carpet in the room was a little sticky. The bed was very comfortable. I was disappointed that the room smelled like smoke despite the fact that it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. The continental breakfast in the morning was okay. Overall I got what I paid for."

"This hotel is showing its age. The mattress did not have a mattress protector, and you could see through the sheets that it was old and worn. The shower was also not clean upon arrival. Overall, it was an average stay, but the cleanliness and condition of the room need improvement."

"This property is beautiful and unique. It was clean and comfortable. The only weird thing to us was we never met or talked to a staff member. It’s an Inn which oozes hospitality with no one to greet you, check you in or show you the place. We wandered into the kitchen that had some staples type things for breakfast but certainly not a breakfast bar. We weren’t sure which part of the kitchen or things in it we could use. "It was nice for a budget hotel. Well maintained and quiet. Staff were friendly. Made to order breakfast was a nice touch but low food quality. Evening reception was great. My main gripe is with amenities. Since I booked 3rd party I was treated as less as a guest as it relates to accessing some amenities. Had it not been for Expedia, I wouldn’t have spent my money there in the first place so I feel it is short sighted to not welcome us as full guests."

"The rooms need to be updated and some renovations done, such as caulking, fixing broken tiles, etc.. The bed was fairly comfortable, but the room smelled dirty and musty, even after hours of air-conditioning."

"Ended up getting a room at the last minute on the day of and it ended up being the best thing! We had a room at a local lakeside place and it was horrible, so bad that we couldn't stay and looked online at expedia and found the Hampton Inn. It was so nice to take a shower in a clean bathroom. The breakfast was a nice touch the next morning!"

"I can’t say enough about how nice this hotel was!! It was extremely clean, quiet, great staff who were very helpful and the amenities were great! I would totally recommend this hotel! And when I return to Tullahoma for a visit. I definitely will be staying here. Thank you for a wonderful relaxing stay."
