"The staff was very helpful and took our bags to our room. Although there were renovations to the bar area, we could still get drinks in the lobby, which was beautiful. Everything is decorated in a French style with a piano and large lobby area with seating on both sides. They arranged car advices for us for 3 different trips. The location is also perfect to old town and the parlance and shopping. We’ve stayed in Prague before and this was the best hotel. Excellent!"

Metro, tram, grocery stores, cafes, and even a clinic and pharmacy was near by. However make sure you receive your access code before hand. I never received it and it never went to my spam/junk folders either. On arrival there was a local phone number on the door that I had to make an international...

"We stayed here for 3 nights. It was an excellent choice, and exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, very clean and tasteful. The bathroom was clean with a nice shower. The kitchenette had everything you needed. The normal sized undercounter fridge was a bonus. The location couldn’t be better, close to the shops, attractions cafes, restaurants and metro. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again."

Having a washer/dryer in the unit was valuable and the robes and slippers were a wonderful bonus. The front desk staff was attentive and courteous.
