"We visited Prague for our anniversary and enjoyed the hotel. We had a charming room with exposed timber beams, a chandelier over the bed and a modern well-appointed bathroom. The breakfast selection was ample. We were able to check in upon arriving from our overnight flight from New York. The hotel is poised over the center of Old Town Prague which is pedestrian-only and lively. "Very convenient location, right in the middle of Old Town. Apartment is clean and quiet. Communication with host is fine. The apartment is accessed through codes. The code controller panel did not work one evening. But the issue was resolved within 15 mins. We stayed in the Cinderalla and there is enough space for two people with 1 large suitcase and 1 roller bag. Kitchen utensils are basic. Microwave and burner. No oven or toaster. Recommended. "

"We stayed in two rooms over our stay, the first room had a loft with an open glass ceiling which was nice. The provided shampoo/conditioner and body wash smelled very nice. The AC in this unit was great. The second room had a great view of the city, unfortunately the AC never got cooler than 24.5C. Location wise we were able to easily navigate to all the spots we wanted to visit in Prague, and highly recommended the cafe savoy coffee house."

However, our junior suite (which I cannot see any photos of on the website) was located on the ground floor, the only natural light coming from a floor length stained glass door which was directly off a pathed alleyway connecting 2 streets directly through the hotel. "The rooms were not clean and had foul smell and the staff were not at all helpful to give a diff room or help to make this better . Terrible experience and not worth the money paid we paid for this"

"We really like the place and the location is perfect. There’s alot of people down the street but you can’t hear them in the room. The toilet has bidet which got me excited, but sad to say it did not work. To that I give 4 stars instead of 5. And also make sure to check in ahead of time and not like me waited until we got to the place and wasn’t able to get in right away, because we have to wait for them to process."

"The place is cozy and in the old town of Prague. No staff at the residence, you have to follow the instruction. The lift was out of order in the my last day of stay. It was very inconvenient."

"I loved this place. It was so spacious. Even bigger than in the pictures. My favorite part was the bar just downstairs. Such friendly people and tasty food and drink for a light snack in the middle of the day. It was a little tricky to find the entrance. If you said it was right next to the bar I would have totally found it easier. Would highly recommend this stay."
