"Romana on reception was warm, friendly and welcoming and gave an incredible first impression. The room was spacious and the lounge area was impressive looking. The apartment itself felt a little tired, especially the bathroom. However, the shower pressure was great. "Very convenient location, right in the middle of Old Town. Apartment is clean and quiet. Communication with host is fine. The apartment is accessed through codes. The code controller panel did not work one evening. But the issue was resolved within 15 mins. We stayed in the Cinderalla and there is enough space for two people with 1 large suitcase and 1 roller bag. Kitchen utensils are basic. Microwave and burner. No oven or toaster. Recommended. "

"We really like the place and the location is perfect. There’s alot of people down the street but you can’t hear them in the room. The toilet has bidet which got me excited, but sad to say it did not work. To that I give 4 stars instead of 5. And also make sure to check in ahead of time and not like me waited until we got to the place and wasn’t able to get in right away, because we have to wait for them to process."

"We stayed in two rooms over our stay, the first room had a loft with an open glass ceiling which was nice. The provided shampoo/conditioner and body wash smelled very nice. The AC in this unit was great. The second room had a great view of the city, unfortunately the AC never got cooler than 24.5C. Location wise we were able to easily navigate to all the spots we wanted to visit in Prague, and highly recommended the cafe savoy coffee house."
