"Staying at this resort is like being transported to another world: paradise! The setting is gorgeous. My room was on the ground floor right at the edge of the estuary, and I loved watching the birds, the clouds, and the movement of the water. It was peaceful and divine. I ate breakfast and dinner a few times in the restaurant and found the service to be perfect. Everything I ate was wonderful. I will be back!"

"Stayed here for location but left disappointed by the condition.
The best parts were the central location — I could walk everywhere — and the staff. They were genuinely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was solid, and I had no issues with AC or hot water.
But the property is really showing its age. My room had a shower drain that backed up and smelled awful. Worse, the pool and hot tub were dirty enough that I didn’t want to use them.
Given the state of the facilities, I can only suggest this...

"After staying at multiple hotels in Ensenada, this property stands out as the best by far.
The rooms were spotless with comfortable beds, and the AC was ice cold — huge plus. Staff were genuinely friendly and went out of their way to help. I felt safe the entire time thanks to secured parking, good lighting, and visible security on property.
Location is perfect: I walked to several restaurants and shops downtown without needing my car. Breakfast was excellent and made mornings easy.
