The building has very solid floors and walls (poured concrete, I assume), so that one hears no noise from other rooms (at least, I didn't). On the negative side, the interior design is cold, sterile, and charmless. "

The bed was very comfortable which is also a huge plus. The hotel felt much more like a hostel than I expected based on the photos and description. "Duvet had a stain. Room facilities on Expedia states bathrobes but there is actually a charge for these. The bathroom door slides and did not close properly leaving a huge gap. I was sharing with two friends and it made it difficult coming in and out of room if someone was in bathroom as could see in from the corridor of the hotel. Had to ask for tea & coffee and extra mug as only 2 mugs, one teabag and no coffee in a triple room. These were replenished to a better amount when room was cleaned...

"I really don’t want to sound that grumpy, but there are pros and cons for this hotel. Smooth check in, not that clean room, as I had no asthma attacks for years, and after I entered the room I struggled breathing. The same happened on the 2nd night, so I asked to vacuum clean the floor and this was accommodated. Not sure if it was placebo effect but I could breath in the room. Very noisy room, could hear traffic, people outside until 2am (for 3 nights) at 6am rubbish removal, road traffic...

"Zimmer sind groß, viel Stauraum und gute Küche sowie neuwertig. Reinigung der Polstersysteme könnte besser sein, einiges verschmiert. Dusche in gutem Zustand. Frühstück ist angemessen und in Ordnung. (Oliven und Spiegelei wären nicht schlecht). Parkmöglichkeiten rundum sind gut, am Wochenende ist in Wien kostenlos zu parken. Mitarbeit an der Rezeption sehr nett und lösungsorientiert. An der anliegenden Straße direkte Verbindung zur Straßenbahn und somit konnt man mit einem 24h Wienticket überall...

"The room was large and clean, with a good sized separate bathroom and WC. The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. Housekeeping were good. Decor was basic. The coffee facilities in the room were only instant coffee sachets and a kettle, which was slightly disappointing. "Beware of this hotel. I had a package booked for eight days but unfortunately I could not go because my passport had less than 90 days to expire. Expedia got in contact with the hotel manager a day before my arrival and he/she denied the approval to refund the money. He/she said cannot be cancelled or modified, the whole stay will be the charges. I lost all my money that only god knows how hard is for us seniors to save money to reward ourselves. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone."
