"The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and gave excellent recommendations for getting a beverage as we waited for our rooms to be ready (we arrived early) The room was large comparatively to other France hotel rooms we've stayed in. Breakfast was delicious with very helpful waitstaff on a busy morning. Luckily the air conditioning was able keep up with over 100° weather! A real plus is the location which is within easy walking distance to many stores and great restaurants."

"From start at the Reception was a good experience, Clean room,friendly Staff, Breakfast(same stuff every day bit of a draw back), Airport shuttle was frequent and excellent. They even had a free shuttle service for the Aeroscopia Mueseum which was a plus. Thank you"

"Lovely hotel in a very convenient location with the metro only 5 minutes walk. The rooftop pool is amazing to cool down after a day exploring the city. We didn’t try the breakfast buffet as we found the price a bit too expensive as we would only have coffee and a pastry. The staff were all nice, polite and helpful. I would happily stay here again."

They also helped us a lot with all the questions we had and gave us the resources we needed for a wonderful stay. We will definitely miss Toulouse! We had so much fun discovering new places. "Have stayed here for the Rugby League a number of times. Location is great with good transport links to airport, city centre and rugby ground. Accommodation is modern and area has its own restaurants, bars and shops including a supermarket and bakery. Due to stay here again in August."
