"Room was well maintained, Comfy bed and bedding. Nice view. Love your cleaning ladies, so friendly and extremely helpful. All the staff are very nice. Amazing spa and gym. Ming court has the best food always! I had a party there for my mother’s 90th birthday, everyone had fun! Thank you!"

"The hotel boasts a prime location and is conveniently connected to shopping malls. The lobby is beautifully designed and well-presented. However, the rooms are outdated, with worn furniture, and the bathrooms are small and also in need of renovation."

"The staff were super friendly and helpful. They take action immediately when i requested anything. I like the 25m pool and the gym. Even though the shuttle has limited stops, the staff are obliging and very courteous. All staff deserve a pay-rise."
