"I spent two nights at the Sandman Signature Calgary Downtown and had a great experience. The staff for uniformly, helpful and cheerful, the bed was very comfortable, and room service was excellent. The only downside is that instead of leaving room service dishes on a tray outside the door to be picked up, hotel guests are asked to walk their dishes a short distance down the hall and deposit them on a table."

"I had a very unpleasant experience during check-in at Best Western Plus Suites Downtown. When I arrived, there were other guests checking in ahead of me.
