"Front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. Rooms are "basic and a little tired" but clean. We came for Stratford Festival so we only slept here. Reasonably priced for that purpose. Air conditioning worked well. Room temperature was perfect. Lots of parking. Nice that they have complimentary coffee and tea"

"We stayed three nights and on our last day, housekeeping didn’t come to refresh the towels and empty the garbages. We got back to our room shortly after 11 pm so no with didn’t call housekeeping. Other than that, it was great. Very clean hotel, reception very good, nice big size room."
