"I stayed here with my sons after a long day at Valley Fair. I needed connecting rooms for the 2 rooms I reserved and my request was met immediately. The rooms were extremely clean and updated with very modern choices. The lobby is welcoming with snacks and drinks (for purchase) and Vogue magazines on the side tables for reading. I didn’t have the breakfast but the area was very clean as well. I would definitely stay here again after a trip to Valley Fair. This was a very nice hotel."

"its a good place to stay for the price. staff is very friendly and they they have put a lot of time and effort into making this property great. it is an old building and there definitely needs to be some upgrades done. if you need a place on a budget its the perfect spot. my room was clean and the bed was comfortable. breakfast was limited but for the price and on a holiday weekend it is more than ok."

"Filthiest hotel I have ever encountered. I have asthma and allergies and could barely breathe in the room (musty, dusty air). Baseboards caked with dust and grime, yellow stains on pillow cases, sticky stains on walls and bed. We checked in and checked right out as I could feel my breathing starting to be affected right away. "We have visited the Hyatt many times over the last 10 years and both the service and upkeep of the facility have gone down hill . The front desk is chronically understaffed, usually just one person, even on a busy Friday night. The front revolving door is routinely out of service as is at least one elevator. The Hyatt’s best feature is its great food and drink menu and service."
