"The room is outdated, and you can see parts of the wall breaking and falling off. The AC is loud at night and does not cool the room. The lighting is good in the room, but the hallway is as dark as a scary movie. My biggest complaint is that there is a step in the middle of the room, which is very dangerous, especially when you have children or elderly people with you; if you do not pay attention at night, it could be a major hazard.
