"Staff were very helpful, pleasant & welcoming. The hotel is next to YuYuan garden, lovely area with lights in the evening, lots of shops nearby for meals & other shopping. Central convenient location for other sights. The hotel is very clean, our stay of 2 nights was pleasant & comfortable. Robot delivered coffee pods for the keurig coffee machine when we ran out. I would definitely return to stay on our next visit to Shanghai. "

"The hotel is conveniently located to many tourist attractions (the Bund, Yuyuan garden, Nanjing Road). The rooms are big, clean and lovely. The staff are amazing, especially the bellboys who are at the entrance. They always say hello and are very pleasant. We will absolutely stay here again on our next visit to a Shanghai. "Clean, large and beautiful rooms, very useful to have washer and dryer in the room, and staff are extremely helpful. There are no free pastries unlike in prior reviews. Compared to large hotels, price is quite high as similar price in Shanghai usually includes breakfast and more facilities."
