アパートメントなので、炊事洗濯もできて良かったです。担当のスタッフが日本語を話せるので安心です。また、各所に日本語で対応されており、日本人に優しい施設だと思いました。

良い点もありますが。。。

良い点。。。交通の便も含め立地が良い日本人スタッフが居る日本のテレビが観られるキッチン、洗濯機がある改善して欲しい点。。。ホテルズコム掲載の地図ではたどり着くのが不可能 (掲載地図では中山公園駅の上、実際は下) 地図の改善をお願いしますクローゼット内の棚全て埃が溜まっていてビックリ各設備面での細かいメンテナンスが行き届いてないと感じました

すごく綺麗というわけではなかったですが、特に困ることなく過ごせました。タオルが少しバサバサだったのと、シャワーの戸がしっかり閉まらず、外に水が漏れたのが気になった。

Good Place to Stay - Convenient Location

The hotel is a little difficult to find - turn left from the metro's line 7, walk up to the second floor (has escalator), check-in on the 5th floor. The building has many businesses and other serviced apartment companies. The location of the building itself was very convenient. We enjoyed staying so close to Zhongshan Park. CarreFour and many restaurants are within a block's radius. Very close to the metro line 2. Furniture was worn, but the room was quiet, clean and comfortable with a kitchenette and washing machine. Weekly cleaning (not daily) offered. Wi-Fi was slow. Other hotels/apartments will take make copies of our passports, but they needed to take the physical passport to the police station for our three-day stay. We felt a little uncomfortable, but the staff were reassuring and brought them back in under an hour. Ultimately, good value for the location.
