"The hotel was conveniently located to explore Shanghai. The room was spacious enough. The breakfast had a very good selection of both Chinese and Western dishes. Also the free laundry machines and detergents are appreciated, even though it was busy all the time because other guests use it as well."

"Absolutely incredible. The front desk staff were amazing and helped us with a family room (highly recommend) The rooms are huge and super clean. Good options are endless and delicious, and the location is so amazing as you never have to leave the airport if you need to transit. Will definitely be back!"

"Michael at the front desk was wonderful. Last year I booked 3 nights here but unfortunately for me I had to leave after only 1 night and because I had used a 3rd party booking site they couldn't refund my money. But this year Michael remembered me from last years situation and upgraded my room for free trying very hard to make up some of the money I lost last year. Now that's real old fashioned customer service. I can't thank him enough for the kindness he showed me."

"Hotel is fine, room had a wonderful view, location was very convenient as well. The hotel rooms are old. Which might look like the marble in the bathroom is kind of moldy, worn off. Rooms are small too, not a convenient layout. Other than that the stay was great. Staff is exceptional."
