"We had our do not disturb sign up and the staff was doing construction and vacuuming and housekeeping kept coming in even with the sign on. Not a very restful room and not likely to stay again. Couldn’t not get any sleep when needed to take the red eye home."

"The rooms were spacious and nice but the mini bar meant there was no fridge space. Coffee in the room was $16 for a Keurig, which wouldn’t have been a big deal since there was better coffee at the coffee shop in the lobby, but that was a construction zone when we woke up our second day. It’s far from all of the Mandalay Bay amenities. Some rideshare drivers will not drop you off or pick you up from W, only Mandalay Bay. We came back to an unexpected room service delivery but there was no charge for it and they said we could keep it and the cold quesadilla was appreciated, honestly. The views were stellar and having multiple bathrooms was great. The ice machine on our floor was broken so we had to go to different floors to find it. I’d probably stay there again for the price though."
