"Great room with kitchen and amenities"

"The property was clean and the staff was responsive. The AC in the room was noisy and occasionally let out a cranky noise. The staff resolved a glitch in the reservation: their system showed a reservation of one room for two nights, while Expedia clearly showed a reservation for 2 rooms 2 nights. Consequently, we there was a delay in the check in process. I am not sure about who caused the setback, is it Expedia or Hampton. I wouldn’t frown about this glitch since it was handled and resolved...

"The room was pretty clean. The coffee machine hardly works. The dryer for laundry works but the washer machine is out of order. I had to go to the nearest gas station for quarters because they didn’t have any. The bathroom in the room had a water leak so our floor was constantly wet. We had to call maintenance but maintenance never came. We got a partial refund because we paid cash and they didn’t have enough cash on hand to accommodate us so they offered us points that were supposed to pay for...

"We only stayed one night. Check in was less than 5 minutes. The staff was friendly. It's located close to different places to eat. My only complaint is the location of the elevator."

"Rooms smelled like dirty socks, very low water pressure. The hallways were like saunas, the staff was very difficult to communicate with because they were foreign. Stephanie was rude and argumentative towards our complaints. The breakfast consisted of frozen biscuits, cold sausage and gravy, sausage patties that were like rubber, and waffle mix for Belgium waffles. The only edible thing was the waffles."

"Very clean hotel, with very helpful staff. Nice lobby and outdoor seating area for groups. I would have said excellent, except the shower head was faulty, and the TV setup was not good."

"Beds clean and very soft. Bathroom wa clean. Nice storage space in rooms for suitcases and phone charging. Our blind in our room was broken and wouldn't go up for sunlight in the morning. Breakfast was good but they were not prepared for our team and many of us had cold cinnamon rolls and no eggs/meats/pancakes."

"The room is great! Very spacious. The bathroom is of a standard size and was very clean. I enjoyed the breakfast in the morning, and the small shop at the front desk was nice. I can't really talk about the bar or restaurant since I didn't use those features. The pool was under construction when I stayed and staff mentioned it wouldn't be open for 3 more months, nor was the fitness room open. Overall the hotel is great, and i would stay again."

"The property was disgusting and falling apart. The bed sheets were stained, mold in the flooring, faucet in the bathtub was falling off the wall and tile was cracked. The hotel itself smelled musty and very run down."

"Staff was amazing, they had complimentary breakfast and dinners, as well as 3 drinks per adult per day. Great stay!"
