"Don't be fooled by the aged sign on the pole, the rooms have been renovated, with good workmanship. A bonus is the tiny Thai restaurant just 2 blocks south on Magnolia Blvd. Access to I-8 and 67 is flawless. Excellent value. "

"Office staff was excellent, respectful, honest, and helpful. The parking lot was clean and had plenty of handicapped parking. Our room had clean towels and fresh sheets, but the floor was a little dirty. Overall, it was perfect, and we will definitely return."

"The location is a little out of the way. We did not try the bar or food onsite but heard it was very good. The facility is dated and in need of a big facelift. Staff was great but we did have housekeeping walk in the room at 8:30 without knocking. Front desk staff were awesome."

"They have amenities like a pool and refrigerator and microwave. Everything is very old and run down. Good to sleep and that’s it. Homeless encampment juts feet away from our door. It felt very unsafe. "

"The room was clean, but old. The people were wonderful. Everyone working there was really nice and helpful. The breakfast could use some protein, but what they had was good. I couldn't get any news stations on the TV, but that might have been because I'm of the older generation and can't work the equipment like the kids can. All in all, I enjoyed my stay."
