"I was rented a room knowing that the shower for a handicapped person was not in working condition. It had a Zip Tie in an attempt to keep it in the proper position. It failed miserably."

"We were placed on the third floor and it stunk lile a dead body had been discovered in a matress. The carpet in our room was pulling up in places andy daughter caught her toe under it and cut her toe. The TV didn't work and the fridge was hot inside it. We couldn't connect to the WiFi the first night and the staff couldn't figure it out either. The mattress was very hard and uncomfortable. When we got back to our room after our first day out hiking our keys wouldn't work. They ended up moving us to the second floor. That was much better but then when we were ready to check out the elevator was out of order so we had to drag our heavy suitcases down the stairs. Thank God we had been moves off the third floor."

"Had a problem with our door card. Took it to the female behind the counter. Explained to her it did not work. She was rude and very snappy. Assured me it did work. Walked back to the room and it still did not work. She came up, very rude again and tried my card several times. IT DID NOT WORK! She called for assistance. They bought a new card and it worked fine. She was very rude and unwelcoming."

"Hotel is definitely older and you could pick it apart as far as that goes. But it was super cheap ($79 night), clean, and conveniently located."

"The hotel was a bit run down. Bed was super uncomfortable gave me a terrible ache in the neck and hips plus it was on a hollow metal box so if you moved, it squeaked moaned and moved! Pool was more of a sauna terrible for any person to enjoy. Shower pressure was super slow. Their great breakfast was not so hot. Standard at any hotel serving food. So probably not going to stay here again."
