"We had a great experience staying here. With breakfast and dinner are provided with kaiseki style, it was prepared properly and organized. Staff are kind and friendly. The room has tatami mats and very clean with outdoor bathtubs. Although the facility is kinda run down, we still enjoy our stay. "Probably the best hotel I have ever stayed at in Japan. The hotel is a nice mix of traditional and contemporary. Everything was depicted exactly as it was shown in the photos. The onsen wasn't too crowded. The location was perfect. I recommend getting dinner at the hotel it was exceptional. The entire staff was was next level service. I would stay here again if I could."
