"Room is good, but the shower room is on the ground floor same place with the hot spring, the bus stop is nearby to the train station, however there is no supermarket or restaurant nearby, you have to take the bus to get there, hotel is quite far from the train station that the bus fare is not cheap "

It was our last hotel before we traveled back home and we really are grateful it was! They provide excellent service and the amenities and cleanliness is top notch. "My three adult daughters and I stayed at the retreat for 2 nights and had a nice time. The breakfast was absolutely the highlight of our stay! The food was high quality and there seemed to be a bit of everything of everyone. The staff were lovely and helpful, always answering our questions and trying to help in any way that they could. We were a bit disappointed with our room. It seemed a bit tired and cramped for the price we paid. There were no drawers or cupboards to put our clothes in, so...

The private onsen was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring, no crowds, just pure relaxation. Access is super easy, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout. "Beautiful, the in room onsen was amazing and the room was awesome. Great staff. Great location. Wish I could stay for longer- perfect to break up the hustle and bustle of the big cities. Make sure you arrive early- all of the attractions close around 5 pm, which I didn’t realize, but the staff stored my luggage while I went to explore on check out day. The only thing that wasn’t amazing was dinner, but I didn’t go for one of the higher priced wagyu steaks. Otherwise , a perfect stay."
