The lady serving breakfast and gentleman at check out were both pleasant to deal with so maybe some poor staffing for the evening shift. "Friendly staff. The hotel is doing renovations, so that was sore eyes. The hotel room was renovated, but still had some older fixtures that I believe should have been updated as well. You don't get breakfast when you book through Expedia, but the Dennis restaurant is conveniently connected to the hotel. Overall, a good experience."
