"Friendly staff who allowed us an early check-in and late check-out, which we really appreciated. The beds were comfortable, but very squeaky. Nice river views and a great location. The breakfast area is too small for the number of guests, so it was very crowded. If you have a scooter, I would recommend putting it in the main garage rather than the third garage. The elevator barely fit the scooter, and driving up the hill to the third garage felt dangerous. Overall, a good stay with a great location (across from Anakeesta & by trolley stop) and friendly staff. Free parking is a plus (minus having to keep moving yellow cones)"

"It’s very convenient to Gatlinberg and Smoky Mountain National Park. It shows its age and there is no place to gather with your group (of 4, even). Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Expensive for the rooms"

"We had such a great stay! The 3 pools (1 indoor, 2 outdoor) and the hot tub were a great highlight for our children. The 2 firepits and 2 corn hole games also were a big hit! The hotel backs up to a wooded hill so it feels like you are tucked away on a mountainside, but in reality you are less than a mile from Gatlinburg's main attractions. Such a great find for us and we will be back!"

"Room was very clean and spacious. Staff was great, breakfast was good , commissary was stocked and reasonably priced. The hotel is a bit off the main drag and can be a little hard to see, I did miss it once. This is the only hotel I have ever been charged for parking than wasnt valet parking. Not sure if all the Hotels in Gatlinburg charge for parking but $45.00 to park for 3 days is a bit much for seniors like us. I will definitely look closer at that next time. That would be a deal breaker. Hotel is nice and quite, which is more than I can say for some of the others we stayed at this trip."
