"Really comfy room, bed and lovely shower. Breakfast could have been better and the coffee was atrocious. Shame that we weren't able to get a good coffee in the early hours or any drinks at all."

"We stay at this hotel regularly when visiting Sheffield as it is close to our daughter’s accommodation. It’s a bit further to walk from the train station than other hotels but the walk is worth it for the excellent breakfast and friendly staff. Is also close to The Shakespeare pub and Kelham Island for a great pub crawl."

"Hotel was lovely. In a good location for town, very clean. Staff were all incredibly helpful, checked me in an hour early. The bar was really nice, decent atmosphere good music. The restaurant is only used for breakfast but a great selection."

"Staff are absolutely brilliant and very friendly. Restaurant is lovely nice homely feel the accommodation needs a refurbishing. Shower trickles water, curtains need replacing holes in them, decor needs updating, new carpets get rid of the damp, mouldy smell. Genuinely a lovely place great location."

"Fantastic hotel! Easy walk from the train station, and to other things that you would need to get to like eating and the university. Lovely lobby, they had a workout room which I didn't use but that's a nice extra, and the room itself is very nice. I would definitely stay again"
