"Timberlake Motel was a great place to stay for graduation weekend at Liberty University. Nice to be away from the congestion but easy access to get on campus. The staff and owner went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed each day and they were always available to answer questions. This motel was very clean and so easy to maneuver through. I highly recommend it for graduation weekend and any other busy weekend in the area!"

"When we checked in, the person on duty told us our room was just to the right…. Turns out it was all the way down at the end of the hall, so we could have parked down there instead of carrying our luggage so far, but at the same time there were people smoking at that entrance, so every time someone came in and out, the smoke drifted into our room. Sheets had stains on them, the bathroom sink barely drained at all. The mattress sunk down in the middle and instead of regular pillow, there were a...

"Breakfast was excellent. Overall property was in good shape and looked good. Room was nice but lacked the touches that were needed to make it totally functional and well supplied: tissue paper ran out right away, no shower cap, no magnifying mirror, TV very hard to operate, etc. Even after requesting it, the trash was not taken out during our entire stay."

"It took 3 trips to the front desk to get a key to work. We were given another room and the key worked fine. The lady assisting us was very nice and apologetic for our trouble. "

"The hotel was excellent from the parking lot to the room. Front desk checkin was super nice and accommodating! Morning "breakfast" gentleman was AMAZING! You can tell he takes so much pride in his job, from greeting to ensuring food is maintained to keeping tables clean! He was so sweet! Gentleman in the parking lot was doing a great job too! We informed "cleaning" that we were leaving and he made sure to tell us to have a safe trip and thanked us for letting him know we were checking out!...
