Despite paying for the full night, I was essentially denied access to my accommodations and have yet to receive any reimbursement. Harassed my entire family the entire stay. Every time they saw us it was, “where is the dog”, “what room are you in”, “where is your I.d.”, “your room smells nice, what perfume is that”, etc. Bed bugs galore, dog piss in hallways, workers...

"I was never so disgusted with a room. I booked it on Expedia, and there was no mention of smoking or non-smoking rooms. When we checked in late at night, we were too tired to leave and find another hotel even though it was run down and we feared the rooms would be bad. The room smelled of heavy, disgusting, old smoke.
