"Fabulous location staff and hotel"

"Secure location perfect hotel in Arlington Tn. Breakfast great staff friendly parking easy and plenty of room Clean and modern room! Wanted to stay longer but Expedia price went up a lot after our 2 day stay."

"Everything was great, staff was incredible and room was clean. Be aware though there's no dedicated parking garage. You're gonna have to park on the street unless you pay for the valet. In downtown Memphis it's basically a 50/50 gamble your car is gonna get raided. Other than that, perfect stay."

"The place is clean and nice but it's a lower end 4 star, no complimentary water in room or water stations except in the lobby during the evening. Very basic bathroom amenities, charge for parking even though it's way out of town in a cheap area. They charge the same as Peabody which is much better. If you want a full Elvis experience, they play an Elvis movie in the evening and pipe Elvis music throughout the hotel so decide if you want to pay for that. The outdoor pool is very nice...

"Pool was closed even though it was a week after the posted opening date and over 80 outside. The breakfast was out of butter, bagels and had molded bread. Attendant was annoyed and rude when asked about items. The room was cleanish but old, stained carpet, broken mirror, unwiped services. There is tape over main entry doors. I assume the property is pet friendly, as it smells that way and several "piles" in/near the parking lot. Reminder to never let your office book your travel"

"The rooms were really nice! The pool while small is really lovely. Breakfast was good too! What makes this place so good are the people who make every effort to make you feel welcome! The staff were fabulous and really took care of the building and the guests!"
