"I love the set-up of the suite, perfect for a supervised 15y/o sleepover. Communication with the hotel staff was beyond excellent!! However the cleanliness of the room did not meet our expectations. The sofa sleeper mattress cover was very nasty, as if it had never been changed. The sheets on the bed were badly stained as well. The bathroom sink always had lots of hair left behind. Besides, the cleaning mishaps, everything else was good."

"Our check in lady was incredible, super friendly and helpful. She greeted us warmly whenever we passed by, like a brand new friend. Unfortunately, the other front desk staff were not as friendly or helpful. Maybe they have too many other responsibilities because it seems their focus was not on the customers. We took advantage of the $10 breakfast, which was very nice and great value. Great price for breakfast which included cooked, bakery and cereal items. Overall, we enjoyed our stay."
