"Had to wait over two hours for my room. They tried to accommodate with a different room after an hour or so, however the "ocean view" was completely blocked by by the patio above the bar, and there were stairs right in front of the patio with people walking up and down, smoking cigarettes. Everything in that room was broken, damaged, and dirty so I waited for another room (as far from the main floor as we could get). This room was a bit better, but still in poor condition. Front room blinds were missing big pieces so it let in a lot of the outdoor lighting at night. Patio is tiny. There is NO privacy for anything on the 1st/2nd floor patios - they are also a walkway for other people. No smoking areas are not enforced - the lobby reeked of cigarettes and weed. People smoking in the pool area. Floors everywhere were gross. Location was the only good thing as it was on the beach, but the beach there was also littered with trash and cigarettes. We will not be back."
