The location is great, 10 minute walk to vinoy(we came for RRU) If you have ever been to st. Pete, parking is as expected for the area: pay for valet on some days, or pay to park a couple blocks away, no biggie. "Warm, welcoming staff! Loved the happy hour from 5pm - 7pm. Great location to walk to Vinoy Park for the music festival we were attending! Wonderful restaurants within walking distance as well. Only downside was no refrigerator in room but we would definitely stay again and bring a cooler! Highly recommend this property!!!"

"Our suite was bigger than our house! The only issue we had was with the breakfast service. It was pretty chaotic, the hot food wasn't hot, the breakfast potatoes weren't completely cooked and the eggs were plastic-looking discs that were hard-cooked to the texture of rubber.
