We waited hours for a non ADA room that had a wider bathroom door for wheelchair access but no grab rails, and as a result, I fell in the shower. It took 70 minutes from the time we phoned the front desk for someone to show up at our room to write an incident report. We ultimately called the police to create a formal report on my fall. At that point, the GM arrived to apologize and offered to refund our stay and give us another date. But the experience left us without the desire to return. Our stay was stressful, and physically challenging— the opposite of what we needed. "
