"The room was very clean, but the floor in front of the door was damp, I'm guessing from the air conditioner but maybe because it rained. The front desk staff was kind, the air conditioning worked well but was very loud in our room. Breakfast was lacking but I guess what you'd expect for continental."

"The bathroom towel on the floor had several cracks in it. The floor in the bathroom was very slippery. The pool needed to be resealed It had lots of cracks and big holes along the pool side. "I don’t know how (and no one can confirm) but my reservation was screwed up on Expedia’s site. I reserved 2 queens but ended up with a king and sofa bed. The hotel was booked so we could not be moved to the right room.
The sofa bed was horrible. The mattress was too thin for a 6 year old to be comfortable. I had to request multiple comforters to add some cushion. Other than providing the comforters nothing else was done.
The rooms was fairly clean, but the walls, These hotels do not wipe...
