Comfortable beds and a lovely big room. Really quiet apart from the room doors which slam extremely loudly!! Breakfast delicious and plentiful - and not a paper plate in sight 😊 Convenient to shops and eateries and an easy drive into Portland.

Had a great stay staff very warm and friendly ,nothing to much trouble always willing to help, room nice and large, bed very comfy I usually complain about hotel beds either too soft or hard but this one was spot on brill nights sleep every night, breakfast was basic but ok not a massive choice ,overall a really enjoyable stay and would stay there again

The room and staff were lovely but the website has misinformation. It said the pool hours were 12-6 but they were actually 6.30am to 11pm. If I’d known that I could have timed my visit so as not to coincide with the busiest time and all the kids! Room had an interconnecting door and the family the other side were VERY loud til about 11pm making getting to sleep difficult.

Lovely breakfast- amazing pancake machine. The place was very fresh and new. Parking was easy, staff were nice and deposit paid back very quickly! Would definitely recommend

We used this hotel for a base whilst on a wine tasting tour of the Dundee Hills - EXCELLENT

This hotel is located just a 5 minute (easy and flat) walk from Mt Hood station, the very first stop on the train from the airport to the city centre (note: they also have a shuttle service). I found the service so convenient that I stayed at this hotel while on a 3-day visit of Portland (the train only takes 30 minutes to Pioneer Square). Staff very friendly, there is a shop by reception with some essentials (soft drinks, beers, wine, snacks, sandwiches, toiletries, aspirin). Good amenities...

Great hotel in a lovely location, nice smooth check-in, very nice spacious room, very friendly staff.

Yes

Inconsistent service. Some staff are excellent, but some less so. Our room was not regularly cleaned, and when it was, it was not replenished. We ran out of shower gel on day three of six nights and it was never replenished. No coffee cups and we had to ask repeatedly for our room to be cleaned and even then it was not. Breakfast is excellent. They charge $12 a night for parking when you arrive and the parking is erratic. Sometimes you have to walk all the way around the hotel to find a...

Such a gorgeous hotel - one of the highlights of our trip! Really clean and comfortable. Just wish we would have stayed longer!

Nice hotel, easy to find, close to a highway. Ample free car parking. The rooms are large, clean, comfortable, and quiet. There are a few restaurants within walking distance.
