"Didn't get a chance to stay. Amongst my arrival, i waited almost an hout to check in. It was 10pm.ant night. Check in is done through a night watch window. Myself and 3 other guest rang the bell and knocked fivrously for someone to come help. I contacted Hotels.com and while on the phone call an elder man came. Im not quite assure if he was the manager or just an employee. I shared with him the time frame ive been standing outside waiting and that 3 other guest left because of the wait. He proceeded to then tell me (And i quote) "Well take your ass somewhere else! You not gonna stay here!" He looked as if i disturbed his sleep, because it was clear that he was asleep. I was completely outdone with this issue here. "
