"The breakfast area desperately needs someone to bus the tables- very messy. Coffee thermos needed refills. Shower head loose from wall. Dirty glass at bar sink. Hotel is in a great location near restaurants, malls, & Interstate. They are remodeling so hopefully it will be better "

"Clean room & great staff. Breakfast & dinner were good & a nice touch! Pool & hot tub were heavily chlorinated. Great central location!"

"Property was disgusting dirty Band-Aids on the ground cobwebs all over furniture. Broken furniture stains on bedsheets. Dust everywhere walls were gross had paper shoved in holes in the wall. Do NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL! "

"From the time of check in till checking out it was one thing after another started off went to check in I did call and let them know I would be late she said that was fine to use the phone in the lobby area and someone would come right there get there and tried calling 3 times someone was coming out the main lobby area and just so happened to be a worker her hands was full she was struggling to open the door I went to hold the door open and she rudely starts saying no no step back I told her I was holding the door open for her to her to then ask me what I needed I told her I needed to check in first words have you paid yet I said yes online as well as spoken with someone on the phone earlier that day and told them I was gonna be a little late she then tried calling someone and they didn’t answer a male came in and she asked if someone had the phone that night and he said yes and she said tell her Someone is here to check in and told me to stay there not to go in someone came to the window but only lifted enough where I could hear her and slide my id under for them then slide my id and key cards under and said good night now here is where it goes crazy 1st room keys worked the air didn’t went back down tried calling again for 15 min to let her know that the air in the room did not work she then says ughh okay I guess I’ll move you rooms also still only lifting up to where I can hear her and not see her give me another room same thing in the end I spent 2 hours changing rooms"

"The pool looked like an old dirty pond. The A/C worked fine but my room was never cleaned once and I had to spray for roaches myself because they never did after multiple requests"
