"The staff were very accommodating and kind. Our experience here has become a highlight in our Japan trip! Especially the half board menu where we experienced a hearty, well-balanced dining experience specializing in traditional Japanese food using local, fresh ingredients. The onsets were big and very well kept. We enjoyed our stay here!"

"You asked, how was the Mountain View? I did not have a Mountain View. Naeba Prince Hotel, definitely needs a major renovation. Location is great though and staff is very helpful."

"Absolutely stunning hotel and the service was top notch. We came here to get away from Tokyo this is our first visit to this area and this hotel was amazing! We were greeted immediately and checked in, the staff also speak English and were very nice to us. They have a ton of items you can rent from board games to flat irons. The rooms are huge, the showers are amazing. We didnโt get to try the onsen this time but we will definitely be back.
This hotel is right on a shopping street where you can shop for various items food and itโs even close to a lit Karuizawa sign area you can take photos this time of year. If you are looking for something away from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo stay here. We did Hakone 3 times before we found this area and 100% would stay here over Hakone. "
"Good price for a clean hotel that was near the train station and the outlet mall. Pretty good breakfast included. Staff are very friendly and helpful. "
