"Highly recommend this hotel. It truly was lively. I love the selection of skin care available for guests. Conveniently located to stations, large grocery store, 7 eleven and shops. My only recommendation is to add a gym with weights."

"The premiere rooms are top floor and private. They have free minibar. The best amenity was having the basement entrance accessible by elevator from the hotel to the Namba Subway which allowed us to jump onto the Shinkansen with minimal expense and effort. The only negative thing was that the wifi was not working and the modem they lent was inadequate. Photo is from the rooftop bar. You get 1 free welcome drink per person which we enjoyed."
