"Awful experience!!! My husband and I checked in at DoubleTree by Hilton Chengdu - Longquanyi on 9 June. While we were using the lift from 21th floor to Ground floor lobby at night, suddenly the lift(p1) dropped to 14th floor, then dropped to 13th floor again and stopped there. "It’s international breakfast with Chengdu local selection for RMB149. Food taste is ok. Room is clean & the service is on the spot. Staffs were helpful especially Zoey who assisted us in trying to find nearest hospital & laundry services. She still remembered that I injured knees badly and asked if I did feel better not. Only bad side is not too near to the metro station, bed is too soft. Just a short distance to chunxi road. I like their pool which is very comfortable and not crowded"
